Abstract

The article examines the control of the stages of the budget process and how it depends on the state financial control. In addition, state management and budget systems were analyzed based on foreign experience. The problem of improving compliance of budgetary organizations and institutions financed from the budget with the budget and budget discipline is still relevant today.
